This Website User Agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Waymore Capital governs your use of our website (“Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
The Site is owned by Waymore Capital. All materials on the Site, including text, documents, data, graphics, logos, images, and software (“Content”), are the property of Waymore Capital or its content suppliers and are protected by intellectual property laws. If you are overcharged due to a billing error, Waymore Capital will issue a refund by crediting your account.

You acknowledge and consent to our Privacy Policy, incorporated into this Agreement.
Waymore Capital and related trademarks are the property of Waymore Capital or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will meet your requirements or be error-free.
Waymore Capital is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Site. Our liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of fees collected from you.
Information transmitted to Waymore Capital is not confidential, except as provided in our Privacy Policy.
We do not offer financial advice or recommend any financial products. Any financial decisions are based on your own evaluation.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or services on these linked sites.
Waymore Capital may modify this Agreement at any time, effective upon posting to the Site. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement for updates.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Washington. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Washington courts.
